1) fill out an order request

You can use this to receive a quote, get ideas and/or send us any images / logos you'd like. If you have a past project we've completed you want done, use this order form as well

2) ARTWORK / PLANNING

After we discuss your project and you officially make an order, you will enter our order queue. Once we get to your order, we will spend significant time creating the artwork for your Plaque. Once you accept, its onto the production stage!

3) Production

Once you sign off on the artwork, its onto production stage. Here we precision mill your plaque or begin building your custom display and do all the fine detail work such as sanding, painting and spraying several coats of satin finish. This stage can take several days in between coats of paint and sealer, but its worth the wait.

FAQ

What size do they come in?

We offer a few basic sizes, 12", 18", 24", 30" and 48". We can do custom sizing as well if needed and requested.

Do you offer agency / government discounts for bulk items.

We do offer bulk discounts. Use the custom order form to get started!

What is the lead time?

Lead times vary depending on how many current custom orders we have pending. The lead times can be as little as a couple weeks up to 8 weeks plus. Please submit your request as soon as possible or ask!
